- • As RVP, Commercial EMEA, you will lead and grow a team of Commercial Account Executives, driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution of complex, multi-product deals across the EMEA region.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and managing high-performing sales talent, actively participating in sales cycles to provide executive guidance, setting performance metrics, optimizing team processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product, marketing, and customer support.
- • You will join Fullstory, a remote-first behavioral data platform company with a growing presence in London, where you’ll work with a mission-driven team focused on helping enterprises leverage behavioral data to improve customer experiences, drive conversion, and increase revenue.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling sales teams in a matrixed environment, master enterprise SaaS sales strategies targeting C-suite stakeholders in data, analytics, and marketing technology, and use AI tools to enhance team efficiency and forecast accuracy while establishing Fullstory as a key player in the EMEA data and analytics market.
