Remote Sales Representative (Intern)

📋 Description

• • Conduct remote outreach to healthcare professionals and hospitals to promote and sell Medtronic products via phone, video, email, and digital platforms
• • Generate sales leads through proactive communication using remote channels including cold calls, targeted emails, and virtual meetings
• • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• • Support the Remote Sales Manager in executing the company’s remote sales strategy and initiatives
• • Track and report all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using designated systems and tools
• • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and customer support to ensure alignment and efficient resolution of customer needs
• • Stay current on product updates, clinical advancements, and industry trends to accurately communicate Medtronic’s value propositions to customers
• • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups, strategic engagement, and pipeline management
• • Operate in a fully remote capacity while maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness in all customer communications
• • Participate in training programs and mentorship sessions designed to develop sales competencies and career growth within Medtronic
• • Work within a structured 1-year internship program that provides hands-on experience in remote healthcare sales
• • Engage with a global healthcare technology leader focused on innovation, equity, and improving patient outcomes
