📋 Description

• As the Founding Product Manager at Sailor Health, you will be the first and only product leader responsible for defining and launching AI-first products from scratch in a high-growth startup solving the mental health crisis among older adults.
• You will drive end-to-end product execution by acting as the central bridge between founders, engineering, design, and clinical teams, owning prioritization, defining success metrics, and enabling rapid iteration from insight to shipped product.
• You will build AI voice-powered coaches for patients to support cognitive health, mindfulness, and wellness, and develop AI care agents for providers including speech-to-text triage, care navigation copilots, auto-summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake.
• You will architect and ship the clinical operations layer, including patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue cycle management, leveraging healthcare APIs to create a seamless and scalable care delivery engine.
• You will join a mission-driven team backed by founders from Ramp, Nourish, Headway, Charlie Health, and Spring Health, serving thousands of patients across 43 states with a business doubling every 75 days.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of building and shipping products end-to-end, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
• Technical fluency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern AI tools (including LLMs and AI agents) is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly in uncertain environments.
• Strong user intuition, high emotional intelligence, and a deep curiosity to understand underlying clinical and business problems beyond technical solutions.
• A relentless drive to win, a track record of excellence, and a commitment to building with urgency, precision, and team success.
