- • As the Founding Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract and recruit world-class talent across all functional areas of the company. This is a fully outbound role, requiring you to proactively identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates through a variety of creative and effective sourcing strategies. You will be the architect of our talent pipelines, ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber individuals ready to join our mission.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance our interview processes, evaluate and implement new recruiting tools, maintain clear and effective documentation, and develop key recruiting analytics to track progress and inform future strategies. 🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within high-growth startups or reputable recruiting agencies.
- • Proven track record of successfully filling high-impact roles across a diverse range of departments (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing, operations).
- • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on outbound recruitment.
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
- • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
