- • As the Founding Recruiter at Leap Technologies, you will be the architect of the company’s hiring engine, playing a pivotal role in scaling the organization from founder-led, reactive recruitment to a structured, high-performing talent function that supports rapid growth without compromising on quality. Your work will directly enable Leap to attract and retain the talent needed to revolutionize employer specialty pharmacy and deliver measurable ROI to Fortune 500 clients through lower costs, improved access, and better patient care.
- • You will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and complex roles across the organization, managing multiple simultaneous searches with a focus on business impact and urgency, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines from initial sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding, while maintaining a high bar for talent alignment with Leap’s mission-driven culture.
- • You will design and implement structured interview processes, including scorecards, standardized exercises, and detailed interview plans, to improve signal quality, reduce bias, and increase consistency across hiring teams, laying the groundwork for fair and predictive evaluation at scale.
- • You will build scalable recruiting workflows, templates, and systems—leveraging AI and modern tooling—to automate repetitive, low-leverage tasks such as scheduling, sourcing outreach, and candidate communication, thereby increasing your individual output and enabling the recruiting function to operate efficiently with minimal manual effort.
- • You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to conduct effective intake sessions, calibrate on role scope and success criteria, and coach interviewers at all experience levels to improve their interviewing techniques, decision-making, and overall hiring effectiveness, fostering a culture of shared ownership in talent acquisition.
- • You will collaborate with founders and senior leaders on offer strategy, role leveling, and hiring tradeoffs, using data and market insights to inform decisions while establishing the foundational policies and practices that will support a scalable, equitable, and high-integrity talent function as Leap continues to grow.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in building talent systems from the ground up in a high-growth, early-stage environment, gaining hands-on experience in blending operational excellence with strategic influence—positioning yourself as a leader who can design recruiting functions that are both highly efficient and deeply human-centered.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant in-house recruiting background
- • Proven track record of designing and improving recruiting processes, systems, or workflows in early-stage or high-growth companies
- • Demonstrated ability to use modern recruiting tools, AI, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
- • Strong prioritization skills and judgment when managing multiple concurrent searches with competing business needs
- • Experience influencing hiring managers and driving alignment on role scope, evaluation criteria, and hiring decisions
- • Background in partnering with leadership on offer strategy, leveling, and talent tradeoffs
