- • Partner with the founding team to deliver user-centric AI-powered motion design features from concept to production with full ownership.
- • Own end-to-end full-stack development of an AI-driven creative platform, focusing on scalable architecture and high-performance systems.
- • Build and optimize agentic LLM systems including tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and MCP protocols to power automated motion design workflows.
- • Design and implement comprehensive LLM evaluation frameworks featuring automated benchmarks, human-in-the-loop validation, and A/B testing to ensure quality and reliability.
- • Optimize LLM inference performance, cost efficiency, and latency across multiple model architectures to support global user scaling.
- • Develop a high-performance motion graphics engine that enables real-time, professional-grade animation generation.
- • Drive core architectural decisions to support growth from early traction to millions of users.
- • Collaborate closely with founders to shape the technical direction and product roadmap of a Y Combinator-backed startup with rapid revenue growth.
- • Work in a zero-to-one environment where individual contributions directly define the product’s foundation and future.
- • Deliver production-ready features with strong attention to scalability, reliability, and user experience in a fast-paced startup setting.
- • Maintain and improve code quality, system documentation, and development workflows in a small, high-ownership engineering team.
- • Integrate and extend third-party AI models and APIs into the core motion design platform while ensuring seamless user workflows.
- • Identify and resolve critical performance bottlenecks in both frontend rendering and backend LLM processing pipelines.
- • Contribute to the selection and implementation of cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or AWS to support global deployment and low-latency delivery.
- • Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and system design discussions to establish best practices for a growing engineering team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals.
- • Proficiency in TypeScript (dealbreaker); hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, GCP, and/or AWS.
- • Proven experience building or integrating LLMs — tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and MCP protocols.
- • Experience designing LLM evaluation frameworks with automated benchmarks, human-in-the-loop validation, and A/B testing.
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end full-stack features at scale.
- • Background in startups or early-stage environments with a strong ownership mindset.
- • Ability to optimize LLM inference for performance, cost, and latency across multiple model architectures.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: €80,000 – €160,000 annually, depending on experience.
