- • As a Founding Sourcer at Clay Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building the company’s sourcing function from the ground up during a period of rapid growth, helping to identify and engage top talent for high-impact roles using innovative, AI-enhanced strategies.
- • Your day-to-day will involve sourcing candidates through creative outreach, experimenting with sourcing tools and automation (including Clay’s own product), crafting compelling messaging and drip campaigns, generating employee referrals, researching emerging talent markets, and tracking funnel metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
- • You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and coordinators to anticipate hiring needs, refine sourcing strategies, and contribute to a collaborative, experimental recruiting culture that values iteration and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years’ experience sourcing and/or recruiting in high growth tech environments
- • Creativity to generate compelling sourcing copy and innovative outreach strategies
- • Tenacity and adaptability to build a function from scratch and iterate on what works
- • Tinkering mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows, including Clay’s platform
- • Ability to research and map new geographies, industries, and roles to identify talent pools
- • Experience analyzing funnel metrics to optimize sourcing efforts from first touch to offer acceptance
