📋 Description

• As the Founding Technical Recruiting Lead at Further AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent foundation of a high-growth AI startup transforming the insurance industry with next-generation AI agents.
• You will own the full-cycle recruiting process—sourcing, engaging, and closing top engineering, product, and operations talent—while partnering with founders to forecast hiring needs and design scalable recruiting funnels, metrics, and candidate experiences.
• You’ll join an elite team of former Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and YC-backed startup professionals, working onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco to build recruiting processes from the ground up in a fast-moving, post-product-market-fit environment.
• This role offers the opportunity to develop founder-level ownership in talent strategy, architect recruiting best practices, interview rubrics, and onboarding systems, while directly impacting the growth of a company poised to reshape a trillion-dollar industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to source, engage, and hire technical talent, especially engineers, with strong credibility among technical candidates
• Experience filling both technical and operational roles in early-stage companies
• High-ownership mindset with excitement for building recruiting functions from scratch in a founder-led environment
• Strong communication and closing skills, with the ability to champion company culture and vision to candidates
• Commitment to working 5 days a week onsite in San Francisco
