📋 Description

• As an FP&A Analyst at iwoca Limited, you will translate complex financial data into actionable management information, supporting strategic decision-making through forecasting, analysis, and reporting to drive long-term planning and growth for the company’s mission of supporting one million SMEs.
• Day to day, you will prepare the monthly operating model, reconcile data from accounting software, contribute to forecasting methodologies, assist in building data pipelines, prepare Board and budget documentation, identify model improvements, liaise with cross-functional teams to align forecasts and reporting needs, and use AI tools to enhance data exploration and workflow efficiency.
• You will join a dynamic FP&A team within iwoca’s finance function, working closely with the FP&A Manager and collaborating across departments to ensure financial insights are accurate, timely, and aligned with business operations in a fast-growing, innovative fintech environment.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in financial modeling, data pipeline management, AI-enhanced analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder communication, while gaining exposure to advanced tools like Looker, Snowflake, and NetSuite, and contributing to the evolution of iwoca’s forecasting platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Good analytical skills, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proficient user of Excel
• Experience with Looker, Snowflake, or equivalent tools (desirable)
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn quickly, embrace change, and improve processes
• Curiosity to leverage AI tools to enhance analysis quality, speed, and rigor
