📋 Description

• • As an FP&A Manager at Greenhouse, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and business partnership for the R&D organization (Engineering and Product), directly supporting the company’s strategic shift toward becoming an AI-first enterprise.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for R&D; partnering with Engineering and Product leaders to deliver actionable financial insights; developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate investments, headcount, and project ROI; analyzing R&D spend to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; supporting AI-first strategy through scenario modeling; collaborating with broader FP&A and GTM teams to align financial planning across Sales, Marketing, and Product; and providing AWS cost modeling and forecasting support.
