- • The FP&A Manager at Workato serves as a dedicated finance business partner to the Sales organization, acting as a trusted advisor at the intersection of finance and revenue to drive data-informed decision-making and performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Sales leadership to provide financial guidance, owning end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for Sales OPEX and headcount, building and maintaining KPI dashboards, conducting variance analysis, evaluating ROI of Sales investments, and driving process improvements in financial planning and reporting.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS finance, strategic business partnering, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself as a key enabler of Sales performance and company-wide financial agility.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in an FP&A or finance business partner role supporting a commercial or revenue function
- • Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with planning tools such as Anaplan is a plus
- • Proficiency in pulling and analyzing data from BI tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- • Solid understanding of SaaS or B2B revenue metrics and sales compensation mechanics (preferred)
- • Exceptional communication skills — able to tell a clear story with data and confidently engage with senior Sales leaders
- • A collaborative, low-ego style with a bias toward action and problem-solving
