- • As an FP&A Manager for Digital & Technology at WEX Inc., you will serve as a strategic business partner to Digital and Technology leadership, driving financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- • You will lead the preparation and analysis of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and budget proposals for digital products, technology projects, and infrastructure investments, while reviewing cost drivers related to software development, cloud computing, data centers, and other technology expenses to ensure accurate financial planning.
- • You will partner with Corporate Accounting and cross-functional teams in engineering, product, and IT to support financial close processes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that optimize technology investments and align financial performance with business strategy.
- • You will develop and track KPIs for technology and digital capacity, prepare budget presentations for senior leadership, support quarterly earnings communications, and lead process improvement initiatives — including automation — to enhance finance operations within the digital and technology domain.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- • 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or a related role
- • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, preferably in a technology-driven environment or supporting digital transformation initiatives
- • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and profitability analysis
- • Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis, with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations
