- • Own and execute Reflow’s go-to-market (GTM) engine by designing, running, and analyzing rapid experiments across ideal customer profiles (ICP), messaging, and distribution channels.
- • Conduct end-to-end GTM experiments independently while also managing and coordinating external agency partners for cold calling, email outbound, and LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
- • Identify, onboard, and scale additional growth and agency partners to enable parallel experimentation and maximize testing velocity.
- • Analyze quantitative results from CRM data, call logs, lead lists, and campaign metrics to determine which experiments drive measurable pipeline and conversion improvements.
- • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape, prioritize, and iterate on the GTM testing roadmap based on real-time data and market feedback.
- • Translate experimental insights into actionable strategies for refining product-market fit, targeting enterprise buyers, and scaling repeatable customer acquisition motions.
- • Operate in a high-velocity, early-stage B2B startup environment where speed, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making are critical to success.
- • Focus exclusively on experimentation-driven growth, avoiding static or legacy marketing tactics in favor of iterative, hypothesis-based testing.
- • Leverage product marketing expertise to identify high-potential ICPs, craft resonant messaging, and select optimal channels for enterprise buyer engagement.
- • Track and report on hourly time investment with precision, maintaining efficiency and accountability in an hourly compensation model.
- • Build the foundational GTM framework for Reflow as the founding growth hire, influencing product direction and customer journey design from day one.
- • Work with highly technical, data-heavy enterprise software products and understand the unique buying cycles and decision-making structures of mid-market and enterprise clients.
- • Balance autonomy with alignment, making independent decisions on experiment design while ensuring all efforts contribute to a unified growth strategy.
- • Maintain a relentless focus on scalability — identifying not just what works, but what can be systematized and replicated across regions and teams.
- • Operate with a founder’s mindset: resourceful, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating without predefined processes or established playbooks.
- • Embrace ambiguity and iterate quickly, using failure as a data point to refine the next experiment rather than a setback.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
- • Contribute to shaping Reflow’s culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning in GTM operations.

- • Proven experience as a growth hacker or experiment-focused growth leader in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups
- • Demonstrated ability to devise, execute, and measure rapid GTM experiments across ICP, messaging, and channels
- • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers with technical or data-heavy products
