  • • As Head of User Acquisition at Voicemod, you will own and drive top-of-the-funnel user acquisition performance across marketing-led channels, ensuring sustainable and scalable growth for a company that empowers millions of gamers, streamers, and content creators to express themselves through innovative audio tools.
  • • You will be accountable for acquisition targets, budget management, and team leadership, translating company and marketing strategy into clear acquisition plans, forecasts, and measurable results while collaborating closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams without owning product-led growth, retention, or monetization.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning user acquisition targets per channel through forecasting, performance reviews, and reporting; managing acquisition results across paid acquisition (search, social, video, emerging platforms), organic acquisition (SEO, ASO, LLMs and platform visibility), owned social channels (YouTube, TikTok, and future platforms), influencers, creators, affiliate programs, and partnerships in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
  • • You will translate company and marketing strategy into clear acquisition plans by channel, defining priorities, targets, expected impact, and trade-offs, while establishing and maintaining forecasting models to support planning and investment decisions for short- and mid-term horizons aligned with business objectives.
  • • You will define and own acquisition KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence, ensuring visibility by channel, geography, and cohort; review performance regularly, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions when results deviate from targets; and foster a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization focused on scale, efficiency, and long-term impact.
  • • You will manage the User Acquisition budget, including allocation, optimization, and efficiency across channels, either owning the budget directly or recommending allocation and changes for approval, ensuring spend aligns with business priorities and sustainable growth.
  • • You will lead and develop a User Acquisition team starting with ~2-3 direct reports, scaling as the function evolves, establishing clear ownership, roles, and operating rhythms across acquisition channels to enable teams and senior individual contributors to perform at their best.
  • • You will partner closely with the VP of Marketing to align acquisition execution with overall marketing strategy, coordinate with Product and Growth teams on product-led acquisition surfaces (without owning PLG performance), and collaborate with Data teams to ensure robust attribution, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • • You will work alongside senior individual contributors with cross-funnel impact, ensuring clarity on scope, expectations, and accountability while contributing to a remote-friendly, values-driven culture that emphasizes bravery, ownership, passion at play, and growing together.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in scaling user acquisition for B2C software products in gaming and creator tools, refine your ability to balance volume and efficiency in acquisition strategies, and grow as a leader by building and mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-scaling, innovative environment.
  • • You will achieve measurable impact on Voicemod’s user base growth, gain hands-on experience with emerging acquisition surfaces like LLMs and platform visibility, and strengthen your strategic and analytical capabilities in a company that values potential, learning capacity, and inclusive hiring practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth, or performance marketing roles within B2C software products.
  • • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing products with millions of users, ideally in desktop and/or mobile environments.
  • • Strong hands-on background on B2C acquisition targets and budgets, with accountability for volume and efficiency, including demonstrated ownership of user acquisition targets, volume, efficiency, and forecasting.
  • • Experience managing or influencing acquisition budgets with a strong focus on ROI and sustainable growth.
  • • Ability to operate at senior manager level: translating strategy into execution plans, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • • Experience leading and scaling teams, setting clear goals, accountability, and operating rhythms.
  • • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks.
  • • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • • Fluent English (B2 or higher) written and spoken.
  • • Based in Europe (remote-friendly).
