- • Lead franchise customers through end-to-end implementation of the PAR OPS platform, from initial planning and configuration to deployment and adoption.
- • Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver implementations on time, within scope, and with high-quality customer outcomes.
- • Facilitate client meetings, training sessions, and solution reviews to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- • Assess franchise operators’ operational and technical requirements, and recommend tailored PAR OPS solutions that align with their business goals and growth objectives.
- • Configure, test, and validate software solutions to ensure seamless functionality across multi-location franchise networks.
- • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks, technical challenges, and customer issues to minimize disruption and ensure successful go-lives.
- • Drive a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support by creating comprehensive documentation, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating with Support and Technical Services teams.
- • Deliver training and facilitate adoption of PAR OPS features to maximize operational efficiency and long-term customer success.
- • Participate in scheduled after-hours support rotations to assist customers during critical deployment windows and system go-lives.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering and sharing customer feedback, enhancing training materials, and supporting product development initiatives.
- • Maintain organized project documentation and track implementation milestones across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to franchise operators, providing consultative guidance on best practices for restaurant back-of-house technology utilization.
- • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are accurately represented and addressed.
- • Apply strong project and time management skills to juggle multiple client implementations with varying priorities and deadlines.
- • Communicate complex technical and financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including franchise owners and operations managers.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on customer outcomes and project deliverables.

- • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to clearly communicate technical and financial concepts
- • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Hospitality industry experience in a management capacity highly preferred
