  • • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and investigate a wide range of fraud alerts, encompassing identity fraud, suspicious payment methods, and anomalous transaction patterns, employing a keen eye for detail and a structured analytical approach.
  • • You will manage and resolve customer-initiated fraud cases from inception to completion, providing clear communication and effective solutions to protect our user base.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will involve identifying emerging fraud typologies and patterns, proactively proposing and implementing corrective actions to strengthen our defenses and minimize potential losses.
  • • You will actively contribute to the detection, investigation, and resolution of complex fraud-related incidents, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
  • • Performing day-to-day fraud operations will be a core function, adhering strictly to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our KYC, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Support teams, fostering a unified front against financial crime and ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • • In addition to reactive measures, you will be instrumental in proactive fraud controls, conducting ongoing monitoring related to identity theft, the misuse of payment instruments, and other suspicious activities.
  • • You will play a vital role in the continuous improvement of our fraud detection tools, workflows, and overall processes, suggesting enhancements based on your operational insights and analysis.
  • • Tracking key fraud performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the development and maintenance of reporting and monitoring dashboards will be essential for measuring effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
  • • You will support the implementation and diligent follow-up of internal control processes specifically related to fraud management, ensuring adherence and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of experience in fraud analysis, financial crime operations, or a similar role within a bank, fintech, PSP, or other regulated environment.
  • • Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and structured thinking capabilities.
  • • Proficiency with Excel and experience with reporting tools.
  • • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Bonus: Familiarity with the regulatory ecosystem in France (e.g., ACPR, AMF) and/or knowledge of fraud risks associated with payments and identity verification.
  • • Bonus: Interest in blockchain technology and crypto-assets, understanding of banking and financial systems.
