📋 Description

• • As a Fraud Specialist at Twilio, you will play a critical role in protecting the company’s communications platform by detecting, investigating, and mitigating fraud and abuse across all products, ensuring customer safety and platform integrity.
• • Day to day, you will utilize various tools to detect and review fraudulent activity, conduct investigations and risk assessments, communicate outcomes to stakeholders, identify trends in malicious behavior, contribute to documentation and cross-functional initiatives, and make decisions in ambiguous situations while safeguarding Twilio’s global user community.
• • You will join Twilio’s global Fraud Operations team, part of a remote-first, inclusive company that empowers employees to make a global impact from anywhere, with a strong culture of connection and innovation in communications technology.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining hands-on experience with investigative tools, data analysis, and policy application while contributing to the evolution of Twilio’s security tactics and processes.
