- • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to uncover urgent capacity gaps, interim staffing needs, or specialist project requirements.
- • Convert initial conversations into concrete freelance assignments by aligning client needs with qualified professionals from the 10x.team network.
- • Collaborate with the 10x.team team to facilitate successful matches between clients and freelance experts across Europe.
- • Actively grow the client base across European markets by leveraging existing business networks and identifying new sectors with high demand for flexible talent.
- • Focus exclusively on B2B sales activities with no salaried compensation—earnings are commission-based at 50% of the margin per successful placement.
- • Operate independently with full flexibility to manage your own schedule, workload, and client pipeline alongside other professional commitments.
- • Utilize strong commercial acumen to recognize opportunities in emerging areas such as AI adoption, digital transformation, and fractional leadership roles.
- • Represent 10x.team professionally in all client interactions, ensuring clarity around the value proposition: fast access to senior, AI-savvy talent without long-term obligations.
- • Maintain consistent communication with the 10x.team platform to report leads, track progress, and optimize match outcomes.
- • Leverage existing relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, consultants, or recruiters who regularly encounter temporary staffing needs.
- • Contribute to expanding the reach of 10x.team’s network by introducing companies that value agility, specialized expertise, and scalable workforce solutions.
- • Work remotely from anywhere in Europe or the United Kingdom with no requirement for office attendance or fixed working hours.
- • Deliver results through self-driven prospecting, relationship-building, and closing of freelance talent placements without reliance on internal sales support.
- • Benefit from a high-value, uncapped commission structure tied directly to successful matches you originate.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance/interim solutions.
- • Existing network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors, or fractional professionals.
- • Ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into concrete freelance assignments.
- • Commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset with comfort working independently on a commission-only basis.
- • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- • Must be based in Europe or the United Kingdom.
