- • Reach out directly to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team platform as a solution for accessing pre-vetted, AI-fluent freelance talent.
- • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to uncover urgent capacity gaps or specialist project needs requiring temporary expertise.
- • Convert initial conversations into concrete freelance assignments by aligning client requirements with qualified professionals from the 10x.team network.
- • Collaborate with the 10x.team team to facilitate successful matches between clients and freelance professionals, ensuring alignment on scope, duration, and deliverables.
- • Actively grow the client base across Europe by targeting industries with high demand for flexible senior talent.
- • Operate independently as a commission-based sales partner with no fixed hours, allowing flexibility to manage this role alongside other commitments.
- • Leverage existing business networks or relationships to generate qualified leads for freelance placements.
- • Focus exclusively on B2B sales activities involving hiring managers, business leaders, or procurement decision-makers who require interim or contract-based expertise.
- • Represent the 10x.team brand professionally, emphasizing the platform’s unique value proposition: access to Europe’s largest community of experienced, AI-savvy freelancers.
- • Track and report on sales pipeline progress, client interactions, and placement outcomes using provided tools or systems.
- • Maintain compliance with all local and regional business regulations while operating as an independent contractor in Europe.
- • Contribute to the expansion of the platform’s market presence by identifying emerging sectors or geographies with untapped demand for freelance professionals.
- • Ensure all client introductions are genuine, ethical, and aligned with the platform’s standards for quality and professionalism.
- • Receive 50% of the margin on every successful placement you initiate, with no cap on earnings.
- • Work remotely from any location within Europe or the United Kingdom, with no requirement to relocate or commute.
- • Engage with a curated network of senior professionals across 15+ domains, enabling you to offer high-value solutions to your clients.
- • Benefit from a trusted, established platform that handles onboarding, contracts, payments, and talent delivery — allowing you to focus solely on client acquisition.
- • Operate on a no cure, no pay basis — you earn only when a placement is successfully completed.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance/interim solutions.
- • A network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors, or fractional professionals.
- • The ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into opportunities.
- • A commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset.
- • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- • Comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership.
