- • Serve as a freelance sales partner to connect European companies with senior freelance professionals from the 10x.team network across finance, software engineering, legal, healthcare, marketing, sales, operations, HR, compliance, AI, and technology domains.
- • Identify and outreach to decision-makers at companies seeking freelance, fractional, or project-based expertise to address urgent capacity or specialist skill gaps.
- • Introduce the 10x.team proposition to potential clients, emphasizing access to AI-fluent, experienced professionals ready to scale and transform business operations.
- • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to uncover hiring needs for interim, contract, or freelance roles.
- • Convert client conversations into concrete freelance assignments by matching company requirements with qualified professionals from the 10x.team network.
- • Work independently to source opportunities in key sectors including legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare, and technology.
- • Drive growth of the 10x.team client base across Europe by leveraging existing commercial networks and generating new business leads.
- • Collaborate with the 10x.team team to facilitate successful client–freelancer matches once opportunities are identified and qualified.
- • Operate on a commission-only basis with no fixed hours, allowing flexibility to manage this role alongside other professional commitments.
- • Earn 50% of the margin on every successful placement you introduce, with no cap on earnings potential.
- • Utilize a trusted European platform with a large, vetted network of senior freelance professionals to support client acquisition and talent delivery.
- • Help companies access high-quality, specialized talent without the commitment of permanent hires, while enabling professionals to take on meaningful, flexible work.
- • Represent 10x.team as a commercial partner with strong communication skills in English and a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
- • Maintain independence in client acquisition, relationship building, and opportunity conversion while aligning with 10x.team’s matching and delivery processes.
- • Focus exclusively on B2B sales activities targeting companies that require temporary or project-based senior expertise.
- • Leverage existing networks of hiring managers, business leaders, consultants, or recruiters to generate qualified leads for freelance placements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance/interim solutions.
- • Existing network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors, or fractional professionals.
- • Ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into concrete freelance assignments.
- • Commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset with comfort working independently in a commission-only partnership.
- • Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- • Must be based in Europe or the United Kingdom.
