• As a French Healthcare Prompt Engineer at Centific Global Technologies, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, specifically focusing on enhancing clinical documentation within the healthcare sector. Your primary responsibility will be to design, meticulously evaluate, and continuously optimize clinical prompt frameworks. These frameworks are the backbone of our AI systems, designed to generate high-quality, specialty-appropriate clinical documentation derived from various sources, including transcripts.
• This pivotal role acts as a crucial bridge, connecting intricate clinical workflows with the sophisticated domain of LLM prompt engineering. You will also be instrumental in developing and implementing robust experimentation frameworks. The ultimate goal is to ensure that our prompt configurations are not only scalable and reliable but also release-ready and consistently performant across a diverse range of medical specialties.
• A core aspect of your role will involve the design and refinement of clinical prompt templates. These templates are engineered to produce clinical documentation that is both consistent in style and accurate for the specific medical specialty. You will delve into the nuances of language and structure required for effective medical record-keeping, ensuring that the AI output meets stringent professional standards.
• You will be tasked with conducting structured prompt experiments. This includes employing methodologies such as A/B testing and utilizing targeted worksets to rigorously evaluate prompt performance. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying failure modes, understanding where the AI might falter, and implementing systematic, data-driven improvements to overcome these challenges.
• Translating these experimental findings into production-ready prompt configurations will be a significant part of your contribution. • Operationalizing prompt updates will require a strong command of version control and development workflows. This ensures traceability, collaboration, and efficient management of changes.
• Developing and maintaining Python and Linux research scripts is essential for this role. These scripts will be used to automate batch evaluations, conduct in-lab experiments, and manage data processing pipelines that are critical for the iterative development and refinement of prompts.
• You will play a key role in incorporating feedback from both customers and internal cross-functional stakeholders. This feedback will be integrated into structured rollout plans, ensuring that prompt updates are deployed effectively and address real-world needs across multiple clinical specialties.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for defining comprehensive monitoring strategies and establishing clear evaluation criteria. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and refining LLM prompts, including instruction design, templating, few-shot patterns, and iterative optimization, ideally within semi-structured clinical text generation environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Linux for building experimentation scripts and evaluation pipelines.
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and engineering workflows, including Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking and release coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define evaluation metrics, review outputs systematically, and prioritize fixes based on impact and risk.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation workflows and healthcare data environments.
• Fluency in English and French.
