You will own a dedicated portfolio of customers, becoming their go-to expert for technical guidance and strategic planning.

This means aligning architectural recommendations with overarching business objectives, leveraging data and architectural insights to demonstrate clear value, and identifying growth opportunities that stem from technical impact and adoption trends. You will skillfully position technical improvements not just as enhancements, but as critical drivers of customer expansion and sustained long-term value.
- • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned account strategy, providing valuable technical insights that contribute to the overall customer relationship and success. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business realities will be crucial in fostering deep, lasting partnerships.
