- • Day-to-day responsibilities include: rewriting and editing raw French interview transcripts to meet Software Club’s stringent editorial guidelines; ensuring grammatical precision, logical flow, and tonal consistency while preserving the original speaker’s intent; cross-referencing audio recordings with transcribed text to verify factual accuracy and eliminate errors; applying style conventions for punctuation, capitalization, and formatting specific to SWC’s voice; managing multiple assignments with strict adherence to deadlines; maintaining confidentiality of sensitive interview content by adhering to NDA protocols; collaborating with team leads for feedback incorporation and quality assurance; utilizing provided editing tools and resources to streamline workflow and improve efficiency; and proactively seeking clarification on ambiguous content to ensure final output meets publishable standards.
