• • Join ION Group as a Front-End Developer and become the bridge between pixel-perfect design and production-grade code for financial software used by thousands of professionals worldwide. You will own the complete UI lifecycle—from interpreting Figma mock-ups to shipping responsive, accessible, lightning-fast web applications—while collaborating with a globally distributed team that spans Pisa, Milan, Turin, Rome, and Collecchio.
• • Translate high-fidelity UX prototypes into clean, semantic HTML5, modern CSS3, and idiomatic JavaScript/TypeScript. Your code will power dashboards, trading screens, and data-visualization tools that process millions of real-time events per day, so performance, security, and maintainability are non-negotiable.
• • Architect and implement responsive layouts that render flawlessly across Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You will leverage CSS Grid, Flexbox, and progressive enhancement techniques to ensure a consistent experience regardless of viewport or device constraints.
• • Partner daily with UX designers to refine interaction patterns, micro-animations, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA). Expect rapid feedback loops, A/B tests, and usability studies that directly influence product direction and customer satisfaction scores.
• • Build reusable component libraries in Angular or React, complete with Storybook documentation, unit tests (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD pipelines. These libraries accelerate delivery for multiple product lines and enforce brand consistency across the ION ecosystem.
• • Embrace Agile at scale: participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within Scrum or Kanban frameworks. You will estimate complexity, break epics into user stories, and demo finished increments to stakeholders every two weeks.
• • Champion test-driven development. Write failing tests first, watch them pass, then refactor ruthlessly. Your commitment to TDD keeps regression bugs near zero and enables fearless continuous deployment to production multiple times per day.
• • Collaborate across time zones with backend engineers (Java, .NET, Node), QA automation specialists, product owners, and domain experts in capital markets. Clear, concise written communication in English is essential for design docs, pull-request descriptions, and Slack threads.
• • Optimize web performance using code-splitting, lazy loading, tree-shaking, and caching strategies. You will profile bundle sizes, reduce Time-to-Interactive, and ensure Core Web Vitals remain in the green zone for global users.
• • Contribute to the front-end guild: propose new lint rules, share knowledge in brown-bag sessions, and mentor junior developers. Your influence will shape coding standards, architectural decisions, and the technical roadmap for the next generation of ION products.
• • Maintain impeccable source control hygiene with Git—feature branches, meaningful commits, semantic versioning, and conventional-changelog messages. You will enforce branch protection rules and automate quality gates via GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• • Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging frameworks, build tools, and browser APIs. Whether it’s experimenting with WebAssembly, server-side rendering, or edge functions, your curiosity drives innovation and keeps ION at the forefront of fintech UX.

� Requirements

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript, plus hands-on expertise in Angular or React
• • Demonstrated experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1)
• • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and test-driven development using Jest, Cypress, or similar
• • Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective collaboration with global teams
