📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-facing features for web and mobile fundraising platforms
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable frontend applications using React.js and React Native
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following team best practices for frontend development
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend standards across the engineering team
• Monitor and debug issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools to ensure high application reliability
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and UX inconsistencies across web and mobile platforms
• Contribute ideas to enhance application performance, usability, and overall developer experience
• Implement responsive and maintainable user interfaces that adhere to web fundamentals including accessibility and performance optimization
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and external services to enable full feature functionality
• Apply state management solutions such as Redux or Zustand to manage complex application data flows
• Utilize modern build tools including Webpack and Vite to optimize development workflows and deployment pipelines
• Employ testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code quality and reduce regressions
• Apply observability practices including logging, monitoring, and debugging tools to proactively address system issues
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Communicate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams to align on requirements and deliver user-centric solutions
• Demonstrate strong ownership of code quality, usability, and continuous improvement in all delivered features
• Maintain a curious mindset and actively seek opportunities to learn new technologies and improve development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in frontend development
• Experience working with React.js, React Native, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of component-driven development and state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Experience building responsive and maintainable user interfaces
• Good understanding of web fundamentals (performance, accessibility, responsive design)
• Familiarity with Next.js, Expo, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
