📋 Description
- • Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript to create intuitive, fast, and scalable user experiences for AI-powered insurance workflows.
- • Develop both customer-facing products and internal AI-powered operational tools used by insurance teams for quotations, policy issuance, claims, and customer support.
- • Translate product and UX requirements into responsive, intuitive, and high-performance frontend interfaces that simplify complex automation processes.
- • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI services to enable seamless data flow and intelligent automation features.
- • Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through optimization techniques and proactive debugging of production issues.
- • Design and maintain reusable UI components and a scalable frontend architecture that supports rapid feature development and long-term maintainability.
- • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the establishment and evolution of engineering best practices across the frontend stack.
- • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA throughout the entire development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.
- • Help shape technical decisions regarding the frontend stack, tooling, and architecture to ensure alignment with business goals and engineering standards.
- • Work in a fast-moving, product-focused environment where priorities evolve quickly and ownership extends from concept through production.
- • Contribute to a global engineering team based in Malaysia while operating remotely from the United Kingdom, ensuring clear communication and alignment across time zones.
- • Maintain high engineering standards while balancing speed of delivery with code quality, usability, and long-term system health.
- • Simplify intricate insurance workflows through thoughtful UI/UX design and technical implementation that enhances both customer and internal team efficiency.
- • Build frontend experiences that directly impact measurable business outcomes by improving automation adoption and reducing operational friction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- • Proven experience building production-grade web applications.
- • Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
- • Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js (or similar frameworks like Vue or Angular).
- • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.
- • Experience consuming REST APIs.
