- • Develop and own frontend features end-to-end, from initial research and decomposition to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- • Actively participate in technical decision-making and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- • Execute and manage your own quarterly goals with full ownership, ensuring alignment with product vision and business outcomes.
- • Build and maintain scalable user interfaces using React and TypeScript across multiple product lines including document tools, cognitive training platforms, and career development platforms.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve product experience, system performance, or development workflows without waiting for explicit instructions.
- • Apply AI tools in daily development tasks to enhance productivity, automate repetitive work, and explore innovative solutions.
- • Rapidly learn and adopt new technologies and domains on the fly to meet evolving product needs and technical challenges.
- • Translate ambiguous product directions into clear technical implementations by gathering necessary context and collaborating across teams.
- • Write and maintain automated tests using Playwright or Cypress to ensure reliability and reduce regression risk.
- • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements to streamline deployment processes and increase release frequency.
- • Work in an autonomous, energy-independent office environment that remains fully operational during power or water outages, with stable internet and backup power.
- • Collaborate within a culture that values bravery, ownership, bias for action, and continuous growth — where initiative is expected and feedback is actively sought.
- • Engage with internal professional clubs (development, marketing, finance, recruitment) to share knowledge and expand expertise.
