- • Build and scale high-performance web interfaces that empower nursing leaders to make informed decisions improving facility quality and resident health using AI-driven workflows.
- • Design technical solutions in collaboration with product, design, and software architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable frontend systems.
- • Ship features rapidly in alignment with product and design output, ensuring no backlog of UI work accumulates and delivery pace matches team velocity.
- • Participate actively in engineering quality discussions, prioritizing robustness, maintainability, and performance alongside speed of delivery.
- • Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to refine requirements, review API contracts, conduct code reviews, and uphold a consistent design system across the product.
- • Develop frontend applications using Modern React and TypeScript, with deep expertise in UX-heavy environments requiring complex state management and responsive interactions.
- • Leverage analytics tools such as Sentry, PostHog, and Grafana to monitor application performance, track user behavior, and inform iterative improvements.
- • Apply agentic engineering practices by integrating LLMs to reduce development cycle time while maintaining awareness of their limitations and implementing safeguards against errors.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with high expectations for excellence, shipping production-grade frontend code under tight timelines.
- • Contribute to a collaborative culture by engaging in cross-functional teamwork across Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.
- • Maintain and evolve a scalable frontend architecture capable of supporting multi-market expansion and vertical growth across diverse healthcare settings.
- • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability standards are met across all delivered interfaces to serve frontline healthcare workers with diverse technical proficiency.
- • Continuously optimize frontend performance, reduce load times, and enhance user experience through data-driven insights and iterative refinement.
- • Participate in technical planning sessions to prioritize features, estimate effort, and align frontend development with broader product roadmaps.
- • Advocate for best practices in frontend development, including component reusability, testing coverage, and documentation standards.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product needs in a high-growth startup environment where priorities shift rapidly and impact is directly visible to end users.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience building and scaling frontend applications in UX-heavy environments with strong Modern React and TypeScript skills
- • Proven experience using analytics tools such as Sentry, PostHog, and Grafana to measure and improve software performance
- • Strong agentic engineering background with practical experience using LLMs to reduce development cycle time while mitigating their risks
- • Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments
- • Solid experience shipping high-quality frontend applications in startup settings with high expectations for excellence and rapid iteration
