📋 Description
- • Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript to power AI-driven insurance workflow automation platforms.
- • Develop both customer-facing products and internal tools for complex operational processes including quotations, policy issuance, claims, endorsements, and approvals.
- • Translate product and UX designs into responsive, polished, and accessible user interfaces with attention to detail and performance.
- • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, backend workflow engines, and automation services to enable seamless end-to-end processes.
- • Design intuitive interfaces for state-driven workflows, including status tracking, document management, approval chains, and next-step guidance.
- • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across diverse user scenarios and device types.
- • Architect and maintain reusable component libraries and scalable frontend systems that support long-term product evolution.
- • Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and promote best practices in frontend development.
- • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to production.
- • Continuously improve code quality, user experience, and system robustness by identifying and resolving edge cases and production issues.
- • Build applications that simplify complex insurance operations through clear visualizations, guided workflows, and real-time state updates.
- • Work within a fully remote, globally distributed engineering team based primarily in the UK and Malaysia.
- • Contribute to a modern engineering culture that values code reviews, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
- • Deliver intuitive, reliable interfaces that reduce operational friction and improve visibility into workflow status and next actions.
- • Take ownership of features from implementation through deployment and monitoring in production.
- • Balance speed of execution with engineering quality, ensuring scalable and maintainable codebases.
- • Solve technically challenging product problems with measurable business impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Engage with AI-powered automation systems that transform insurance operations at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- • Proven experience building production-grade web applications.
- • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- • Commercial experience with React and modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js.
- • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.
- • Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
