- • As a Frontend Product Software Engineer on Dropbox’s Design Systems team, you will help define and build the next generation of how designers and engineers create products, spanning UI infrastructure, design systems, and AI-native development workflows.
- • Day to day, you will develop, maintain, and evolve UI components and primitives; design and build AI-powered tooling and agent-driven workflows; partner with designers to translate design intent into reusable code; contribute to AI-native UX architecture; prototype new concepts; ensure accessibility via WCAG standards; write documentation for human and AI consumers; collaborate in code reviews and design critiques; troubleshoot internal issues; and drive experimentation with emerging AI technologies.

- • Demonstrated experience building scalable, maintainable front-end architecture for complex applications
- • Hands-on experience integrating or building with AI/ML-powered tools (e.g., LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or automation pipelines) in a development workflow
- • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and how to implement them in reusable systems
