🎯 Requirements
- • Expert-level proficiency in modern frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and state management patterns.
- • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable design systems and component libraries for large-scale enterprise applications.
- • Strong ability to translate user experience principles into technical architecture decisions that improve usability and developer productivity.
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and backend engineers to align frontend strategy with product goals.
- • Demonstrated leadership in guiding technical direction without direct authority, including mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions.
