- • The FSP CRA II role is a critical position within Syneos Health’s Clinical Development model, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across clinical trial sites in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, directly contributing to the acceleration of life-changing therapies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing source documents and case report forms, managing investigational product handling, maintaining site files, and supporting audit readiness while adapting to changing project priorities.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines, global clinical trial operations, and real-world late-phase studies, while gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration with sponsors, medical science liaisons, and local site teams — positioning you for advancement into senior CRA or project management roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis
- • Demonstrated computer skills and willingness to embrace new technologies
