  • • As a Fulfillment Associate based in Lehi, Utah (supporting UK operations), you will play a direct role in sustaining Dandy’s mission by maintaining the supply chain integrity that allows dental labs and practices to receive essential supplies on schedule, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational scalability.
  • • Work as a Team: Collaborate closely with fulfillment teammates to execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with speed and precision, ensuring seamless handoffs and mutual support during peak volume periods.

  • • Pick and Ship Out Online Orders: Accurately select products using order details, scan items for verification, and prepare shipments with proper packaging to prevent damage, ensuring on-time dispatch to dental labs and practices across the UK and beyond.
  • • Inventory Counting: Perform routine cycle counts and physical inventories to validate stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and maintain data integrity in the warehouse management system.

  • • Restocking Inventory: Replenish pick faces, shelves, and storage zones as inventory depletes, keeping the workspace tidy, logically organized, and ready for efficient order fulfillment.
  • • Quality Control: Conduct visual and functional inspections of products prior to shipment to detect defects, damage, or non-conformities, ensuring only quality-approved items leave the warehouse.
  • • Work with Laptops and Technology: Utilize handheld scanners, laptops, and inventory management software (including potential exposure to NetSuite) to update stock levels, track order status, and log transactions in real time.
  • • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Adhere to all safety protocols, keep workstations free of hazards, and participate in daily 5S or housekeeping routines to support a productive and compliant warehouse.
  • • Adapt to Shift Flexibility: Work full-time Monday–Friday with the ability to choose an 8-hour shift between 7am and 8pm, allowing for personal scheduling needs while ensuring consistent coverage.

  • • Proven self-motivation, ownership mindset, and eagerness to take initiative on tasks without constant supervision.
  • • Naturally organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leads.
  • • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.

  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) policy, plus paid holidays and parental leave options to support work-life balance.
  • • Retirement savings options with company matching, helping employees build long-term financial security.
  • • Access to professional development opportunities and internal mobility paths as Dandy scales globally.
