📋 Description

• As a Full-Cycle Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building Pulley's team and business.
• You'll manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on building exceptional pipelines for specialized roles outside the usual tech recruiting playbook.
• As an early recruiting hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and processes.
• You'll run full recruiting cycles - source, screen, close, build deep pipelines via sourcing, especially for specialized roles, partner with hiring managers on strategy and execution, create an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborate to improve our recruiting operations.
• You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
• You'll be responsible for managing the full recruiting life cycle, from sourcing and screening to closing and onboarding.
• You'll work with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• You'll be responsible for creating a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• You'll collaborate with the operations team to improve our recruiting processes and ensure seamless integration with our business operations.
• You'll be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and optimize our talent acquisition strategy.
