• • Proactively analyze the existing IT backlog and company-wide strategic initiatives to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven enhancements, collaborating closely with the IT team to understand current systems and architect AI-powered alternatives.
• • Design and implement robust strategies for integrating AI/ML capabilities across trading platforms and internal operations, ensuring seamless functionality without compromising the stringent security protocols essential in the financial sector.
• • Leverage advanced machine learning techniques to significantly alleviate pressure on operational processes, including but not limited to counterparty onboarding, order categorization, client experience enhancement, and the analysis of client data metrics.
• • Develop, refine, and deploy sophisticated algorithms specifically tailored for data cleansing, comprehensive preprocessing, and effective feature engineering, ensuring the highest quality of data for AI model training and deployment.
