📋 Description

• As a Full-Stack AI Developer Intern at Revvity, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to leverage artificial intelligence for transformative impact in healthcare and scientific innovation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI technologies—particularly generative AI and large language models—to real-world enterprise challenges, directly contributing to improved productivity, creativity, and decision-making across global teams.
• You will work at the intersection of AI innovation and business operations, helping bridge technical capabilities with practical applications in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where your work supports Revvity’s goal of solving the world’s greatest health challenges through technology and human ingenuity.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include completing onboarding to understand Revvity’s enterprise systems and ongoing AI initiatives, providing feedback to improve the onboarding process, and building cross-departmental relationships to identify AI opportunities aligned with business needs.
• You will gain foundational knowledge of Revvity’s business operations and explore how AI can enhance workflows, then progress to developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts for AI-powered features that boost employee productivity and creativity, such as tools for report writing, data analysis, and ideation.
• You will assist in fine-tuning and optimizing large language models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases, contribute to prompt engineering strategies tailored to business applications, and help integrate AI-driven tools into existing workflow systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
• You will collaborate on AI model integration projects, evaluate and benchmark model performance against business KPIs and user satisfaction metrics, and present your findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in enterprise AI applications and a passion for using generative AI and LLMs to transform business operations
• Familiarity with popular LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar models, along with basic understanding of prompt engineering concepts
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) and familiarity with full-stack technologies including Next.js, Docker, and related frameworks
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset
