- • Full-Stack AI Engineer role focused on building AI agents and clinician-facing product surfaces for Anna Autism Care’s platform, combining full-stack development with AI agent engineering to transform autism care delivery through technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building production-grade AI agents for clinical and operational workflows (scheduling, intake, RCM, clinical decision support), designing tool use and state management for multi-agent systems, contributing to MCP server suite for composable data exposure, implementing RAG pipelines with pgvector, developing React-based clinician interfaces, owning end-to-end features from Django/FastAPI APIs to frontend UX, contributing to clinical data ontology, writing HIPAA-compliant code, and participating in architecture discussions.
- • Anna Autism Care (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a mission-driven organization rebuilding autism care delivery using AI-native tools to standardize high-quality clinical care at scale, with a tech stack of React, Django, FastAPI, Postgres, pgvector, and MCP servers, enabling real-time collaboration between Warsaw-based engineers and US East Coast clinical stakeholders.
