- • Architect and deliver the core smart-contract layer that mints, burns, and reconciles a next-generation stablecoin backed by fiat and off-chain yield strategies. You will own the full lifecycle—from design and formal verification to main-net deployment and continuous upgrades—ensuring every line of code meets institutional-grade security and compliance standards.
- • Build resilient, event-driven backend services that power real-time mint/burn operations, on/off-ramp flows, and treasury reconciliation. These services must handle millions of dollars in daily volume with sub-second finality, integrate with custodians such as Fireblocks or Copper, and surface immutable audit trails for proof-of-reserves and regulatory reporting.
- • Craft elegant, developer-friendly APIs and SDKs that expose stablecoin primitives (issuance, redemption, yield allocation) to external fintechs, wallets, and DeFi protocols. Your interfaces will become the de-facto standard for programmable dollars, so clarity, versioning discipline, and backward compatibility are paramount.
- • Design and implement DeFi yield strategies that deploy idle stablecoin collateral into on-chain lending, AMM liquidity, and off-chain money-market instruments. You will optimize for risk-adjusted returns, automate rebalancing, and provide transparent dashboards so users always know where yield is generated and how risks are mitigated.
- • Create internal treasury tooling that gives finance and compliance teams real-time visibility into reserves, collateralization ratios, and yield performance. These tools will automate daily NAV calculations, generate regulatory attestations, and trigger alerts when risk thresholds are breached.
- • Lead end-to-end feature delivery across smart contracts, backend microservices, and React/Next.js front ends. Whether you are shipping a retail wallet experience or an institutional dashboard, you will obsess over UX performance, accessibility, and security, ensuring users can move value as effortlessly as sending a text.
- • Collaborate with world-class auditors, legal counsel, and liquidity partners to embed KYC/AML controls, travel-rule compliance, and automated sanction-screening directly into protocol flows. You will translate regulatory requirements into deterministic code and verifiable processes that scale globally.
- • Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive unit and integration tests, and continuous deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions). You will mentor junior engineers, define coding standards, and cultivate a culture where security and speed reinforce each other.
- • Act as a technical spokesperson for the company—writing blog posts, speaking at conferences, and engaging with the open-source community—to accelerate adoption and attract top-tier talent. Your thought leadership will shape the narrative around transparent, yield-bearing stablecoins.
- • Stay ahead of the curve by researching cross-chain messaging, account-abstraction wallets, and emerging L2 scaling solutions. You will run experiments, quantify trade-offs, and rapidly integrate breakthrough technologies that keep Superduper at the cutting edge of programmable money.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years shipping production backend or full-stack systems, including 3+ years focused on Solidity and TypeScript in DeFi or fintech environments
- • Deep EVM expertise: ERC-20/4626, ERC-4337, oracles, bridges, and formal verification practices
- • Proven record designing stablecoin or tokenized-asset mechanics—issuance, redemption, collateralization, and treasury yield strategies
- • Hands-on experience with custodial integrations (Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo) and secure key-management workflows
- • Strong grasp of microservice architecture, event-driven design, and REST/GraphQL APIs that handle high-value financial data
