• • As a Full Stack Developer based in the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the core systems that construction teams utilize daily on large-scale projects, including highways, bridges, and hospitals. Your contributions will directly impact the creation of infrastructure that millions will depend on for years to come. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across our entire technology stack, from crafting engaging and user-friendly interfaces to architecting resilient backend systems that facilitate seamless, real-time collaboration at scale.
• • You will be instrumental in building and scaling robust backend services that are the backbone of real-time collaboration for construction teams. This involves developing and maintaining the infrastructure that allows for instantaneous communication and data synchronization, ensuring project teams stay connected and informed.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve architecting sophisticated solutions to address complex data synchronization challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring that data remains consistent and up-to-date across multiple construction planning systems, a critical requirement for large, complex projects.
• • You will craft elegant and intuitive frontend experiences using React and TypeScript. The goal is to simplify complex workflows, making them accessible and manageable for users, thereby enhancing productivity and reducing the learning curve for new users.
• • You will design and implement advanced WebSocket-based features. These features are crucial for providing live updates and immediate feedback to distributed construction teams, ensuring everyone is working with the most current information.
• • A key responsibility will be to optimize the performance of our applications. This is particularly important given that our applications handle massive project datasets, and efficient performance is critical for user satisfaction and project success.
• • You will contribute to our serverless infrastructure and event-driven architecture. This involves working with modern cloud-native technologies to build scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions.
• • You will actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping to elevate the overall engineering standards and best practices across the development team.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work asynchronously with our global team, ensuring effective communication and project alignment, while maintaining a primary overlap with colleagues in the Philippines timezone.
