- • Own the full lifecycle of features for WalkMe’s real-time analytics platform, from whiteboard sketches to production deployment, ensuring that enterprise customers and internal stakeholders can instantly surface actionable insights from petabyte-scale behavioral data.
- • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud-native microservices, balancing cutting-edge performance with rock-solid reliability for mission-critical federal deployments.
- • Serve as the technical anchor for your squad: lead design reviews, enforce clean-code standards, mentor junior engineers, and champion test-driven development in a CI/CD environment that ships to production multiple times per day.
- • Translate complex product requirements into elegant data models and RESTful/GraphQL APIs, leveraging both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) stores to optimize for speed, cost, and scalability.
- • Collaborate daily with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, and DevOps to turn raw event streams into intuitive dashboards, predictive alerts, and contextual guidance that help Fortune 500 companies accelerate digital adoption.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies—think ClickHouse, dbt, WebAssembly, or real-time OLAP—and run proof-of-concepts that could shave milliseconds off query times or unlock entirely new analytics capabilities for our customers.
- • Instrument, monitor, and fine-tune every service you build with Datadog, New Relic, or similar APM tools, ensuring 99.9 % uptime for a platform that processes billions of user interactions per month.
- • Contribute to the broader WalkMe engineering community through internal tech talks, open-source contributions, and guilds focused on performance, security, and accessibility.
- • Uphold security and compliance standards required for federal clients, including SOC 2, FedRAMP, and FISMA, by embedding secure-by-design principles in every pull request and architectural decision.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional software development experience
- • Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies
- • Backend development experience using Node.js
- • Frontend experience with React
- • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- • US citizenship required for federal business support
