• We are actively seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) to contribute to our dynamic Web Application Team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work remotely from Austria, Germany, Spain, UK, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, or Croatia, embracing our remote-first culture.
• In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining cutting-edge features for our web applications. You will have the chance to take full ownership of features, guiding them from the initial ideation phase through to deployment and ensuring their ongoing success and maintenance.
• A core aspect of your responsibility will be to write comprehensive unit tests, employing best practices to guarantee the highest standards of code quality, reliability, and robustness for our applications.
• You will be expected to adhere to and champion secure coding practices, playing a vital role in protecting our systems and safeguarding sensitive user data against potential threats.
• Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our product owners, translating complex business requirements into actionable, well-defined technical features that drive our product forward.
• Your efforts will directly contribute to building and enhancing efficient systems designed to significantly boost the productivity of our Onboarding & Operations team, streamlining their workflows and enabling them to achieve greater results.
• You will be working with a modern and robust technology stack, primarily focusing on Java and Spring for backend development and TypeScript/React for the frontend. This full-stack exposure will allow you to contribute across the entire application lifecycle.
• Our current tech stack includes: Infrastructure powered by AWS, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD; Java frameworks such as Spring, SpringBoot, and Apache Camel; essential Java libraries like JUnit for testing; TypeScript/JavaScript libraries including React, Material UI, Semantic UI, React Final Form, TanStack Query, and React Testing Library for a dynamic frontend experience; data storage and querying solutions like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, and Elasticsearch; and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system health and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the software development of enterprise web applications.
• Proven professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and popular frontend frameworks like React (experience with Angular or Vue is also acceptable).
• Relevant work experience with Java 11+ and Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, including design patterns.
• Good command of written and spoken technical English.
• Experience in the field of computer science or engineering (academic or equivalent practical experience).
