• Your primary mission is to elevate the Paradox online learning experience. This involves building new features, implementing AI-driven personalization, and continuously iterating to enhance performance and usability. You will be at the forefront of innovation, exploring the potential of AI, VR, and wearables to redefine how people learn and grow.
• You will architect, optimize, and push the boundaries of technology, ensuring our applications are not only functional but also fast, efficient, and intuitive. Your obsession with clean, maintainable, and scalable code will be crucial in tackling complex challenges and delivering a seamless user journey.
• Responsibilities will encompass:
• **BUILD & INNOVATE:** Develop and implement new features for the Paradox App that redefine online learning. Integrate AI functionalities to personalize the user experience, making learning more engaging and effective. Continuously test, iterate, and push technological boundaries to enhance application performance, usability, and overall user satisfaction.
• **SCALABILITY & PERFORMANCE:** Design and implement solutions that ensure the application can handle large volumes of concurrent users without compromising speed or reliability. Optimize resource utilization and infrastructure costs, employing strategies like CDN and caching to ensure rapid load times globally.
• **USER-CENTERED DESIGN:** Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user needs and creative visions into intuitive, beautiful, and highly efficient user interfaces. Rapidly prototype new features to gather feedback and refine user experiences, leveraging AI and automation to enhance user interactions and streamline workflows.
• **PROBLEM SOLVING & TROUBLESHOOTING:** Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical challenges to ensure a flawless user journey. Analyze recurring issues, implement robust solutions, and work collaboratively across teams to maintain a stable, efficient, and high-performing system.
• **COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION:** Actively participate in technical architecture discussions, strategic planning sessions, and contribute to defining the company's technical vision. Provide and receive constructive feedback within an Agile framework to foster continuous improvement in development processes and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Full Stack Development, or equivalent experience as a CTO of a startup.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React.js (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS for creating sleek, responsive, and modern user interfaces.
• Strong AI mindset: demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for integrating AI into development workflows and product features.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with Nest.js (Nice to have).
• Experience with LMS applications and mobile development (Nice to have).
