• As a Senior FullStack Engineer at Coderoad, you will be instrumental in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. You will work on challenging projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, contributing directly to products that empower individuals and businesses worldwide to skill up and level up their careers in the global tech industry.
• Your responsibilities will span both front-end and back-end development, requiring a deep understanding of modern frameworks, architectural patterns, and best practices. You will be expected to mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.

• Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable releases.
• Engage in constructive code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to enhance code quality and team knowledge.
• Proactively identify and address technical debt, ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of our codebase.
• Champion best practices in software development, including security, performance, and accessibility.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and approaches that can enhance our product offerings and development efficiency.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of features and projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior FullStack Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of back-end development, including experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot).
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to mentor junior engineers and work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
