📋 Description

• As a Full Stack Development Team Lead at Huble Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of HubSpot-based solutions while leading and mentoring a team of developers. This role is critical to delivering scalable, innovative, and high-quality digital experiences that enhance clients’ CRM sophistication across marketing, sales, service, and business operations.
• You will be responsible for architecting end-to-end full-stack solutions on the HubSpot platform, managing a small development team, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution through close collaboration with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers.

• You will design and maintain scalable, modular full-stack architectures for HubSpot solutions, ensuring frontend and backend components are maintainable, performant, and aligned with industry best practices.
• You will translate business requirements from marketing, sales, and service consultants into clear technical specifications and implementation plans, bridging the gap between client needs and technical delivery.
• You will lead the development of frontend components using modern frameworks like React or Angular and backend integrations using Node.js, Python, or PHP, ensuring seamless API-driven functionality across the stack.
• You will conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain high code quality, performance, and security across all team deliverables.
• You will stay current with evolving HubSpot features, APIs, and emerging technologies, recommending adoption of new tools and techniques to improve solution quality and team efficiency.
• You will collaborate with pre-sales teams to assess project feasibility, scope technical efforts, and provide accurate estimates for prospective client engagements.
• You will manage team capacity, workload distribution, and deadlines in partnership with Project and Resource Management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• You will foster a positive, inclusive team culture that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement through mentorship and regular feedback.
• You will review all technical outputs from your team to ensure they meet quality benchmarks, architectural standards, and client expectations before delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or PHP).
• 2+ years of proven team leadership or technical team lead experience, including mentoring developers, managing workloads, and driving team performance.
• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s platform, APIs, and capabilities, with demonstrated experience building custom extensions, integrations, and UI components on HubSpot.
• Experience designing end-to-end system architectures using patterns such as component-based design, state management, and microservices, with expertise in both frontend and backend systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, emotional intelligence, and a passion for mentoring and developing technical talent.
