📋 Description

• Own the full development lifecycle of customer-centric microservices that power enterprise-grade platforms for Banking, Telecom, Energy, and Automotive leaders across Europe and the US. You will design, code, test, deploy, and monitor features from the first line of TypeScript to the last Kubernetes pod, ensuring every commit reaches production safely and fast.
• Write clean, secure, and performant code in modern stacks—think Kotlin, Java, Node.js on the backend and Angular, React, or Vue 3 on the frontend—while enforcing quality through pair programming, rigorous code reviews, and test-driven development. Your pull requests set the bar for the entire 500-person Qualysoft engineering community.
• Architect resilient, self-contained microservices backed by CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, and GKE on Google Cloud Platform. You will craft Terraform modules, containerise workloads, and automate everything via Git-driven CI/CD pipelines so releases happen multiple times a day with zero downtime.
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads that include UX designers, QA automation engineers, security champions, and product owners. Together you will translate complex business requirements from global banks and telecom giants into elegant technical solutions that scale to millions of users.
• Champion continuous improvement by dedicating 10 % of every sprint to innovation time—experiment with Nuxt 3, Vite, or the latest GCP service, then share findings in internal guilds and at international conferences. Your growth is fuelled by Pluralsight, Udemy, and paid certifications (Microsoft, Google Cloud).
• Influence the technical roadmap of long-term strategic accounts. Senior architects with 10-12 years of experience sit side-by-side with you, valuing your opinion on technology choices, security patterns, and cost optimisation strategies.
• Contribute to a culture that blends start-up agility with enterprise maturity. Help shape team rituals, pick your next project from a portfolio spanning AI-driven fraud detection to real-time telco billing, and enjoy flat hierarchies where every voice matters.
• Ensure non-functional excellence—performance budgets, security scanning, GDPR compliance—are baked into every feature. You will monitor SLIs, respond to incidents, and turn post-mortems into actionable improvements that raise the bar for the entire group.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with fluency in at least one modern language such as Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven track record designing and owning RESTful microservices and web applications, including SQL scripting and ORM usage
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows and CI/CD automation; familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is expected
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) and proven ability to thrive in agile SCRUM or KANBAN teams
• Nice to have: production experience with Vue.js 3, Nuxt 3, or Vite; Google Cloud Platform services like CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, GKE, and Terraform
