• • As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Sunrise Robotics, you will be instrumental in developing the web applications and intuitive interfaces that serve as the crucial link between users and our advanced robotics systems. This role is pivotal in owning the end-to-end development of frontend-centric product features. You will be responsible for surfacing vital information such as robot status, live video streams, operational controls, and comprehensive system data through robust and user-friendly software.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to translating complex robotics functionalities and intricate system data into clear, accessible, and effective user experiences. You will collaborate closely with both engineering and product teams, ensuring that the software accurately reflects the capabilities of our robots while providing an exceptional user journey.
• • This position demands a full-stack proficiency, encompassing development across React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will be accountable for delivering production-quality features that are well-structured and maintainable. A key aspect of this role involves dissecting complex problems into manageable implementation plans and clear pull requests, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges across the entire technology stack – from the intricacies of frontend user experience to seamless integrations with our core robotics services and underlying infrastructure.
• • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing high-quality web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS, ensuring applications are responsive and interact effectively with our robotics systems and operational tooling. You will implement full-stack features, bridging the gap between Node.js backend services, PostgreSQL databases, and the frontend applications.
• • A significant part of your role will involve translating sophisticated robotics capabilities and real-time system data into intuitive and usable interfaces for operators and engineers. You will be adept at breaking down intricate product and engineering challenges into structured implementation plans, defining technical tasks, and creating well-scoped pull requests for efficient code review and integration.
• • You will actively collaborate with engineering and product management teams to refine Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), define feature scopes, and establish realistic delivery timelines. This collaborative approach ensures alignment and efficient execution.
• • Integration will be a key focus, requiring you to connect web applications with our robotics and infrastructure systems. This may include integrating with Python services and, when necessary, ROS-based components, showcasing your adaptability across different technical environments.
• • You will be expected to troubleshoot and debug issues comprehensively across the entire stack, from frontend rendering anomalies to backend API malfunctions and complex system integration problems.
