📋 Description

• As a Full Stack Engineer at Highlightta Inc. supporting Q4, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the AI-driven Investor Relations Operations Platform that serves over 2,600 global clients, including world-renowned brands, by developing scalable, high-quality software solutions that directly impact how public companies engage with and understand their investors.
• Your contributions will help Q4 maintain its position as an innovator in IR technology, enabling data-driven decision-making and streamlined workflows that drive premium valuations for client organizations through a unified, powerful platform.
• Day to day, you will collaborate within an agile team to design, develop, test, and deploy new features and system improvements across the full stack, ensuring alignment with Q4’s software development lifecycle and commitment to timely delivery.
• You will write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, adhering to established coding standards and best practices while actively participating in code reviews to uphold quality across the team.
• You will work closely with QA engineers to implement automated testing strategies, identify and resolve defects early, and ensure all releases meet rigorous performance, security, and usability benchmarks.
• You will contribute to refining user stories, estimating effort, and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives, fostering transparent communication and continuous improvement within the development team.
• You will mentor and guide junior developers by sharing technical expertise, promoting knowledge transfer, and helping elevate the team’s overall engineering maturity and output.
• You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying thoughtful problem-solving to improve system architecture, development processes, and tooling in alignment with Q4’s innovation-driven culture.
• You will document technical designs, APIs, and system behaviors clearly to support knowledge sharing, onboarding, and long-term maintainability of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Intermediate Full Stack Developer using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Proven experience developing and deploying full lifecycle applications in Agile/Scrum environments, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code while collaborating effectively with QA to ensure high-quality releases
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of practical, thoughtful solutions to complex technical challenges
• Excellent self-organization and autonomy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without routine supervision
