As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping systems that empower customers, brokers, and internal teams to navigate complex energy workflows with greater efficiency and trust.
- • Your work will directly contribute to tem’s mission of rearchitecting legacy energy markets by building scalable, user-centric platforms that support rapid international expansion and innovation in energy transactions.
- • Day to day, you will build and ship full-stack features using modern front-end frameworks (React) and serverless back-end technologies (Python/Node.js, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB), focusing on performance, usability, and reliability across customer- and broker-facing portals.
- • You will support the evolution of billing and payments systems to improve scalability and resilience, ensuring accurate and timely processing of billions in energy transaction value.
- • You will enhance developer experience by refining internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and shared services to enable faster, more consistent delivery across engineering teams.
- • You will design and implement intuitive dashboards, workflow automations, and integrations that streamline internal operations for sales, customer success, and broker teams.
- • You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions, participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high engineering standards.
- • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team that values ownership, clarity, and impact, where your contributions directly influence how energy is traded and accessed in a decarbonizing world.
- • In this role, you will grow your expertise in cloud-native architecture, product-led engineering, and regulated industry systems while helping define the future of AI-driven energy markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Solid product delivery experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a startup or fast-paced product environment, with end-to-end ownership of features from development through release.
- • Proven experience with both front-end (modern JavaScript frameworks like React) and back-end technologies (Python and/or Node.js).
- • Hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless tools such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- • Strong user-focused mindset, able to translate product and user requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers.
