📋 Description

• Design and develop features and improvements to applications using modern .NET technologies including .NET Core, C#, and Web API.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that support global customer applications.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures, technologies, and system improvements.
• Contribute innovative ideas and technical solutions to enhance product functionality and performance.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and system issues; implement mitigation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using gRPC and distributed systems such as Akka or similar frameworks.
• Develop and integrate front-end components using ReactJS to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Design and implement relational database schemas and queries using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and/or Azure.
• Apply modern front-end web technologies to enhance application interfaces, where applicable.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while actively participating in team collaboration and agile processes.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and testing practices.
• Mentor less experienced team members and demonstrate informal leadership in technical discussions and project execution.
• Multitask across multiple critical projects with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analyze system patterns and data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive team culture that values curiosity, dissent, and learning from mistakes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Highly proficient with modern .NET Technologies (.NET Core, C#, Web API)
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS
• Familiarity with Akka or similar distributed systems
• Familiarity with gRPC
• Knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server
