- • As a Full Stack Engineer at Uni Systems S.A., you will support software development programmes focused on digital innovation and technology applications, contributing to the creation of advanced analytical tools for strategic foresight and policy environments.
- • Day to day, you will develop full-stack integrations with AI-enabled backend services, design transparent and auditable analytical workflows, and build deployment-ready solutions for restricted and secure systems, ensuring traceability between data sources, AI reasoning, and outputs.
- • You will join the UniQue team in Brussels, part of Uni Systems S.A., a growing technology company dedicated to turning digital visions into reality through innovation in software and AI-driven analytics.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-stack development, AI integration, and secure system design, while gaining experience in high-trust analytical platforms and contributing to mission-critical decision-support tools used in strategic foresight and policy analysis.
🎯 Requirements
- • BSc degree in a relevant field or 3 years of higher education
- • At least 8 years of experience in frontend and backend development, system architecture, integration, and end-to-end ownership
- • Extensive knowledge in frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, Astro) and backend frameworks (Python, FastAPI), including API design and state management
- • Proven experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and data services, including high-volume data handling and search/retrieval systems
- • Practical experience integrating AI and LLM-based services, including RAG, traceable AI outputs, and content generation for analytical use
- • Experience designing analyst-facing workflows with emphasis on transparency, traceability, and user control over inputs and reasoning
- • Experience working in analytical decision-support or strategic foresight contexts, including topic engineering and multi-source synthesis
- • Ability to work independently at a senior level, translating abstract objectives into technical deliverables under constraints
- • Experience deploying solutions in restricted, secure, or controlled environments with governance and security requirements
- • Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1)
